Make-up Madness

For us who are on the pale spectrum it takes a lot of time and effort to find the right shade of foundation. If you’re like me and have many freckles then trying to find a foundation that matches the different shades on your face is even harder. I have battled for many years trying to find a foundation which really gives me that flawless instagram look. I have tried cheap foundations to the most expensive and I have found most give me the dreaded make up line around your jaw – to which let’s face it looks terrible!! But lately watching many make up videos I have now tried lots of new ones that I must admit I love!!

First of all Huda (Shade, Milkshake) £32 Selfridges

When i first tried this - I LOVED IT. if you have freckles like me it can totally cover them. Its thick which means if you like full coverage this is for you! Its long wearing and i love putting it on for big nights out. You really can get the insta perfect look with this foundation.
However if you have dry skin - make sure you put good moisturiser on first or it can turn out cakey in dry patches and this is not a good look! i really suffer with dryness on my nose and it can cling to those areas.
